How should you read this peptide list?
The evidence tier answers one question: what level of human evidence is stored for the compound. It does not answer whether the compound is authorised in the EU. The EU-status column answers that second question. German and Swedish fields remain separate again because a country record can differ from the central EU record.
An unclear field is a complete result. It means the opened sources did not settle that field. It does not mean the compound lacks research, and it does not turn an absence into a legal or medical verdict.
The date in the last column belongs to that register record. It is not the date this hub was edited. A row checked on 15 August remains dated 15 August even when the 52-record count was rechecked on 2 September.
Aliases help a reader connect development codes, medicine names, and common spellings to one record. They are identity aids rather than evidence grades. A compound with several aliases does not outrank one with none.

What do evidence tiers A, B, C, D and unclear mean?
Unclear is not a rank. It stores published human evidence that does not fit A-D without mixing evidence strength with approval status. The linked record states why the classification is unsettled.
Tier A stores compounds with an authorised named indication and phase 3 human data in the evidence model. The EU-status column can still differ because evidence tier and central EU authorisation are separate fields.
Tier B stores compounds with human trials that are small, short, early phase, or for a different indication. A human result can be positive, null, or mixed. The linked page gives the measured result and funder rather than converting the tier into a recommendation.
Tier C stores animal evidence without a matching human-administration result in the reviewed record. Animal findings remain useful as animal findings. They are not relabelled as effects in people.
Tier D stores laboratory, theoretical, or unresolved evidence. A D tier is an explicit description of the current record. It is not a prediction about what later research will find.

How do EU, German and Swedish fields stay separate?
The central EU field uses values such as authorised, investigational, unauthorised, and unclear. It is not inferred from evidence tier. A phase 3 result does not by itself create an EU authorisation, and an authorised medicine still keeps its trial evidence as a separate record.
The linked compound page also shows a German field and a Swedish field. Those fields are not compressed into the EU column on this hub. Keeping them separate prevents a national source, a central medicine file, and a research result from being presented as one conclusion.

Why do record dates and explicit uncertainty matter?
Every linked record carries its own verification date. That date tells the reader when the stored identity and status fields were checked. It does not silently move forward when an unrelated page changes.
Explicit uncertainty is also data. If an exact search found no matching medicine row, the linked page states the terms and controls used. If a category names a compound directly, the linked page says so. If the record cannot decide, unclear remains visible instead of being softened into an invented answer.
Where does vial evidence apply?
The vial-testing risk core explains what direct sample tests can measure for peptide products. A sample test can address identity, amount, purity, or another measured field in that sample. It cannot establish what every vial contains.
Stamulumab is the register's antibody-class exception. The signed Stamulumab pages therefore do not transfer peptide-vial findings to it. The register links to the shared risk core while keeping that boundary explicit.
